2. What data we collect and why

We do not use your data for automated decisions or profiling with legal effects, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Who else has access to the data
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Virtono Networks SRL – web hosting, where the website runs and where messages sent through the forms are stored;
- Cloudflare, Inc. – fast delivery of the website and protection against attacks and bots;
- Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics (only with your consent), Google Search Console and the maps shown on the contact pages;
- Automattic Inc. (Akismet) – filtering spam comments and messages;
- QUIC.cloud – image optimisation (receives no visitor data);
- the transport, accounting and legal advisory companies we work with, when necessary to fulfil an order or a legal obligation.
Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (for example to the USA). In such cases the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We may also disclose data to public authorities when required by law.
4. How long we keep the data
- quote requests and messages without a subsequent order: 2 years from the last contact;
- contractual and accounting documents: the periods set by accounting and tax law (currently up to 10 years);
- job applications: 6 months after the recruitment process ends, unless you agree to a longer period;
- comments: as long as they are published on the website;
- Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.
5. Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies and, only with your consent, statistics cookies (Google Analytics). You can give or withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie banner. Details about each cookie are available in our Cookie Policy.
6. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object (including to processing based on legitimate interest) and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@moutardi.ro. We reply within one month at the latest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., Sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro, or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
7. Data security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), a firewall and malware scanning. Access to the data received through the forms is limited to the people in our company who need it to reply to you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the services we use or the law change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
