In our own pallet factory we use a robotic cell every day to assemble wooden pallets and Euro pallets. Because it changed the way we work, we now offer it to other pallet manufacturers as well.

Why a pallet assembly robot?
- High output – approximately 450 standard 800×1200 pallets per 8-hour shift.
- One operator – the operator loads boards and blocks while the robot nails the previous pallet.
- Lower production costs – less manual labour, nails placed exactly where they should be, fewer rejects.
- Consistent quality – nail positions and quantities are programmed and repeated identically on every pallet.
- Automatic quality control – an AI vision camera detects defects that appear during assembly, such as protruding nails or boards that crack when nailed.
- Flexibility – programs are saved for each pallet type, so switching between models is quick.
- Safety – the cell is fenced and protected by a safety radar and safety camera, in line with CE requirements.
How it works
- The operator selects the program for the pallet type on the touch screen and adjusts the table guides to the pallet size.
- Boards and blocks are placed in the holders of the rotary table, which has two work stations.
- The table rotates and the industrial robot drives the nails according to the program. Meanwhile, the operator prepares the next pallet on the free station.
- After each group of nails, the vision system checks for protruding nails and cracked boards.
- The finished pallet is picked up by the robot and placed in the storage area, from where the operator removes it once the area is full.

Delivery, installation and support
- Lead time: approximately 6 months from order, plus about 2 weeks for commissioning.
- Installation: assembly and commissioning are carried out at your site.
- Training: training in operation, mechanical maintenance and electrical / PLC maintenance.
- Documentation: operating and maintenance manual, schematics and drawings, in English and Romanian.
- Warranty: 24 months on the cell; third-party components carry their manufacturer’s warranty.
- Service: on-site intervention within the European Union in max. 48 working hours.
