2. Information on the website is not a binding offer
Descriptions, photos, dimensions and characteristics of the products (pallets, EURO pallets, plastic pallets, pallet components, timber, firewood) and services (heat treatment, drying, design, transport) are for information only. Wood products may show natural variations in colour, moisture and appearance.
The price shown by the price calculator is an estimate, excluding VAT, and is not an offer. A firm price is set only by a written offer from MOUTARDI stating quantities, specifications, delivery time and validity period.
3. Orders and contracts
Orders and payments cannot be placed online through the website. Sending a contact or “Request a quote” form creates no obligation for either party. Products are sold or rented and services are provided only on the basis of an offer accepted in writing, a confirmed order or a contract, which take precedence over these terms.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, photos, the logo, videos and the structure of the website belong to MOUTARDI or are used with the permission of their owners. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent. You may share links to the pages of the website.

Please do not send illegal, offensive or spam content or files containing malware through the forms, and do not attempt to access the website or its servers without authorisation. We reserve the right to delete inappropriate comments and to block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
